What I learned
This project was great for my personal experience as I took on more of a mangerial role, making sure notes were taken and we were doing everything according to plan and schedule. I was involved in some of the early game design, but mostly focused my efforts on organizing our user stories in Jira and orchestrating the physical production of the final draft of the cards.
I used Jira and Miro to ensure that we were on track and all of the ideas/ results coule be collected in one place. This was especially critical when implementing changes based on playtesting, as we had to have efficient and concise ways to cut or expand on content based on feedback.
We used Photoshop to design the cards themselves, and I took it upon myslef to have the cards professionally printed using MakePlayingCards.com. I feel that the quality of the game and physical final product is a testament to the hard work we all put in and how organized we remained throughout the process.
